Our Mission
At A Note Above, we strive to instill a love of making music and collaboration to students of all ages. Families are busy, and we seek to provide convenient access for our community to explore all that making music has to offer.
Meet the instructors
Emily Cook - Piano
Emily has been teaching music for over 15 years. She also plays the piano and organ at her church, Hardin Methodist Church, and practices law at Chandler, Cook, and Fitzgerald PLLC in Liberty and surrounding counties.
Caleb Drake - Guitar
Caleb Drake is a talented local artist. He brings high energy and love of music to his lessons that always rub off on his students! He currently plays guitar for Dawson Drake, a local country artist (and his brother!), and his church's praise band in Dayton.
Our Programs
We currently offer group piano classes, private lessons for piano and private lessons on guitar. Our curriculum is tailored to the age and skill level of each student, covering everything from music theory to performance skills.
